Location:
Milan or TurinYour Role & Responsibilities
* Leading or contributing to SAP S/4HANA Production Planning (PP) implementations, transformations, and rollouts.
* Analyzing business requirements and translating them into functional designs, process flows, and SAP configuration.
* Supporting end-to-end production planning processes, including demand management, material requirements planning, production orders, capacity planning, and shop-floor execution.
* Facilitating workshops with business stakeholders and advising clients on SAP PP capabilities and leading practices.
* Coordinating with other SAP modules and technical teams to support end-to-end process integration.
* Contributing to testing, data migration, cutover, training, and post-go-live support.
* Building trusted client relationships and supporting project teams in delivering measurable business results. Background & Experience
* You have a degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
* You have at least 5 years of experience delivering SAP PP projects, including hands‑on configuration and implementation work.
* You have experience with SAP S/4HANA and a strong understanding of production planning and manufacturing processes.
* You can gather and analyze requirements, develop functional specifications, and communicate recommendations clearly to business and technical stakeholders.
* You have strong problem-solving, presentation, and teamwork skills, with a client-focused and collaborative approach.
* You are comfortable working in an international environment and communicating in English; proficiency in Italian is an advantage. Other European languages are a plus.
* You are willing to travel domestically and internationally when project needs require it. Why Join Us
