We believe in teamwork, shared responsibility and continuous improvement, fostering an environment where collaboration, innovation and individual initiative drive our success. /p h3Your Mission /h3 pAsbBusiness Integration Development Specialist /b, you will act as a strategic link between our Business Units, fostering collaboration, developing cross-business opportunities and ensuring alignment between corporate strategy and local execution. /p pWorking closely with senior management and cross-functional teams, your mission will be to strengthen integration across the organization, identify commercial synergies and support strategic initiatives that drive sustainable growth and operational excellence. /p h3What you'll do /h3 pIn this cross-functional role, you will contribute to the development of the business by connecting people, processes and opportunities across the organization. /p pYour main responsibilities will include: /p ulliFoster alignment and collaboration between different Business Units, encouraging the sharing of best practices and the development of commercial synergies. /liliIdentify new business opportunities and support nationwide business development initiatives. /liliDevelop integrated commercial solutions by combining the expertise and services of multiple business lines. /liliCoordinate and support cross-functional strategic projects, monitoring progress, KPIs and business impact. /liliAnalyze market trends and commercial performance to identify opportunities for growth and continuous improvement. /liliContribute to the optimization of commercial and operational processes, improving efficiency and collaboration across the organization. /liliBuild strong relationships with Area Managers, Key Account Managers and local teams, acting as a facilitator between Headquarters and branch operations. /liliEnsure effective communication and alignment between strategic priorities and day-to-day execution. /li /ul h3Who we're looking for: /h3 pWe're looking for a highly collaborative, business-oriented professional who enjoys connecting people, ideas and opportunities. /p h3The ideal candidate has: /h3 ulliA degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or a related field. /lili4 of experience in a similar role /liliStrong analytical skills and the ability to interpret business and market data. /liliA genuine interest in business development, organizational effectiveness and cross-functional collaboration. /liliExcellent organizational and project coordination skills. /liliOutstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with the confidence to build relationships across different functions and management levels. /liliA proactive mindset, problem-solving attitude and the ability to influence without direct authority. /liliExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. /liliFluency in Italian and English, Spanish nice to have /li /ul pPrevious experience in business development, strategic projects, consulting, industrial context will be considered a plus. /p h3What
