- ACCOMMODATION INCLUDED About the Opportunity: Would you like to work in an international environment and be at the forefront of customer experience ? If so, we are looking for customer support experts in Lisbon to support many international projects. Italian proficiency is needed for these roles. What you will be doing: You will provide customer support over the phone, email and chat You will be the main point of contact for clients ensuring excellent and smooth customer experience and journey You will sssist customers with questions, queries and information they might require You will support customers with issues, problems or claims and ***escalate as appropriate Profile and skils: You are very proficient in Italian (C2/C1 level) and have good command of English (B2) You are a problem solver You can work on rotating shifts You hold a valid right to work in the EU (EU citizen, EU passport ect..)
