* Deliver engaging product and technical training sessions on Smart Glasses to internal teams and Clients
* Support launches, events, roadshows and market activations with consistent learning experiences
* Create and maintain training materials, digital content, and onboarding journeys
* Collect market feedback to identify training needs and adoption barriers
* Develop expertise in Smart Glasses tech, AI features, and wearable ecosystems
* Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product and external partners on education and GTM initiatives
* Monitor training effectiveness and translate insights into actions to boost knowledge and adoption Requisiti fondamentali
* +3 years of experience in training, product education, retail education, optics, consumer electronics or related areas
* Previous experience in eyewear, wearables or consumer technology is a strong plus
* Comfortable presenting to audiences and delivering talks
* Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear, business-relevant messages
* Willingness to travel
* Fluent in English and Italian; other languages are a plus
