Relocation support is provided for eligible candidates. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liProvide technical customer service and support /li liIdentify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues efficiently /li liHandle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, empathy, and patience /li liClearly explain technical solutions to customers /li liTrack customer issues and ensure accurate documentation /li liFollow up on cases until resolution /liliMaintain a positive customer experience and build customer loyalty /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liFluent in bItalian and English /b /li liTech-savvy and comfortable handling technical inquiriesbr/Strong communication skills /li liGood problem-solving ability and quick thinking /li liDetail-oriented and able to track issues properly /li liEmpathetic, patient, and customer-focused /li liAble to stay calm and focused in high-pressure situations /li liPrevious customer service experience is preferred /li liPrevious sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 ul liCompetitive Salary /li liRemote work model, based in Portugal /li liRelocation support provided /li /ul pOnly candidates fluent in both bItalian and English /b and currently based in Portugal or EU passport holdersopen to relocation will be considered. /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
