The role As a B737 First Officer, you will operate line flights safely and efficiently, support the Captain in all phases of flight, and uphold company SOPs and regulatory standards. You’ll contribute to a strong safety culture, precise flight planning, and excellent CRM. Minimum requirements
* Total time: 1,500 hours minimum
* In type: 500 hours on B737 (CL/NG/MAX)
* Type rating: B737 required; current or expired for no more than 3 years
* Licence: EASA Frozen ATPL (IR) / ME
* Medical: Class 1
* English proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
* Background: No pending charges
* Work authorization: Able to work without employer‑provided visa sponsorship What you’ll bring
* Proven B737 line experience with disciplined adherence to SOPs
* Strong situational awareness, decision‑making, and threat/error management
* Collaborative CRM style with clear, concise communication
