* Oversee end-to-end development of Celebrities garments from design handover to final sample approval and delivery
* Coordinate with Design, Pattern Making, internal Atelier, external suppliers and artisans throughout the process
* Oversee prototype development, fittings and garment adjustments to ensure feasibility and alignment with creative vision
* Prioritize and resolve urgent requests and last-minute changes while maintaining quality standards
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring timely delivery
* Foster effective cross-functional communication among all stakeholders on Celebrities projects Requisiti fondamentali
* Minimum 6 years of RTW Celebrities Product Development experience in luxury fashion
* Strong technical expertise in garment construction, luxury fabrics, fitting and artisanal techniques
* Proven ability to manage urgent requests, challenges and tight deadlines with a proactive approach
* Excellent organizational, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
* Strong attention to detail, autonomy, flexibility and ability to work under pressure
* Fluency in Italian and English
