Università di Parma invites highly motivated researchers to join a project on advanced metabolomics and bioinformatics, aimed at monitoring the safety and quality of the national durum wheat supply chain. The role encompasses developing and applying analytical and computational methods to characterise materials and processes, enhancing traceability and sustainability. The project integrates high-resolution mass spectrometry, targeted and untargeted metabolomics, multivariate data analysis, and
