Due to continued growth on a major hyperscale Data Centre development in Milan, Italy, they are seeking an experienced bElectrical Site Manager /b to oversee the delivery of high-voltage and low-voltage packages. /ph3bRole Overview /b /h3pAs Electrical Site Manager, you will be responsible for day-to-day site operations focusing specifically on bMV/LV Containment /b and bMV/LV Cable Pulling /b. You will ensure works are executed to strict quality, safety, and client specifications, managing direct labor and subcontractors while keeping the project on schedule. /ph3bKey Responsibilities /b /h3ulliOversee site execution for all bMV/LV containment installation /b and bMV/LV cable pulling activities /b across the data centre facility. /liliManage daily site labor, sub-contractors, and specialist trades to meet progress milestones. /liliEnsure strict adherence to site health, safety, and environmental standards (HSE). /liliReview technical drawings, schematics, and method statements to ensure accurate installation. /liliConduct regular site walk-throughs, quality inspections, and sign off on completed work packages. /liliCoordinate material deliveries, equipment hire, and logistics to ensure uninterrupted site progress. /liliIdentify risk factors, potential delays, or site clashes early and implement effective solutions. /liliMaintain clear reporting line to the Construction Manager, providing daily progress updates. /li /ulh3bKey Requirements /b /h3ulliProven experience as an Electrical Site Manager or Senior Supervisor on bData Centre /b or similar complex industrial/mission-critical projects. /liliStrong technical background in bMV (Medium Voltage) /b and bLV (Low Voltage) /b containment systems and heavy cable pulling operations. /liliRelevant Electrical Qualification (NVQ Level 3 / Higher National Diploma / Degree or equivalent). /liliValid Safety Certifications (e.g., SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, First Aid, or European equivalent). /liliDemonstrable experience managing multi-national site teams and specialist subcontractors. /liliExcellent communication skills in bEnglish /b (Italian language skills are advantageous but not essential). /li /ulh3bWhat Is Offered /b /h3ulliPermanent contract with a competitive base salary and comprehensive package. /lilib10/4 Rotation pattern /b with travel allowances, flights, and accommodation provided for off-rotation periods. /liliOpportunity to work on a high-profile, state-of-the-art European data centre project. /liliClear career progression within a prominent international MEP contractor. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
