* SupportingtheGlobalCommodityManagerandcoordinatingwithbuyersofone'sUnit,todefinethestrategyfor procuringMaterial&PermanentSystemsgoods;
* SupportingandbeinginchargefortheoverallSourcingProcessincludingDefiningtheSupplierListintheVendorList, preparingtherequestforproposaltosend tosuppliers,andmanagingcommercialandcontractual negotiationactivitieswiththeidentifiedsuppliers,to pursuethefollowingtargets:inexpensiveness, synergy,qualitativeexcellenceandleadtimeoptimization;
* EnsurecompliancewithGlobalSupplyChainandCompanyPolicies;
* Analyzing,comparingandassessingtheoffersreceivedbysuppliers,alsoguaranteeingthattheyaretechnicallycheckedbyrequestingCorporate Departments/OperationalUnits.
Also,preparingsummarytablesofthefinaloffersandrecommendations;
* Drawingupthetermsandconditionsofagreements/purchaseorders,withthesupportoftheLegalDepartmentandContractDepartment, whilealsocoordinatingwithrequestingDepartments;
* Supportingsupplierrelations,incompliancewiththeCompany'sCodeofEthics,itsOrganization,ManagementandControlModel, pursuanttoLegislativeDecree231/2001,anditsAnti-CorruptionModel;
* SupportingRegionalSupplyChainManagersandProcurementManagers,tocreateprocurementplansfortheOperationalUnits, tomaximizeefficiencyand effectiveness;
* Supportingreportanalysisactivitiesandidentifyingcorrectivemeasures,inagreementwiththeGlobalCommodityManagerandVendorManagement, tomanageandmitigatecriticalissuesdetectedwhilecarryingouttheprocurementprocess; Requirements
* 5 plus years' experienceinthesameroleinmultinationalcontexts;
* Supplybaseselection,developmentandmanagement;
* Capableofcarryingoutprimecostdrivervalueanalyses; Thefollowingskillscompletetheprofile
* Results-oriented;
* Teamworkoriented;
