KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Lead R&D activities on RF and mixed-signal integrated circuits for advanced communication, wireless transceivers, and high-frequency systems.
* Architect, design, and validate complex RF blocks (such as LNAs, PAs, VCOs, mixers, and synthesizers) in advanced silicon technologies.
* Guide system-level integration and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on packaging and co-design approaches.
* Supervise Master's and PhD students working on high-frequency designs.
* Protect intellectual property and publish impactful research in the RF domain.
* Track emerging trends in wireless technologies to shape future research directions.
