The successful candidate will provide strategic legal guidance, draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements (including supplier contracts and software licenses), and manage compliance programs related to data privacy (GDPR, CCPA) and corporate governance. The role involves advising cross-functional teams on regulatory matters and standardizing legal operations within a high-growth environment. Eligibility: Applicants must possess a Juris Doctor (J.
D.) degree and an active bar membership in at least one U.
