* Publish, update and quality-check content across WordPress, Drupal and other CMS platforms
* Coordinate creation and updates of pages, landing pages, offers and multilingual content
* Manage digital assets (images, videos, documents) within CMS and media libraries
* Support SEO, GEO and content optimization (metadata, internal links, page structure, search visibility)
* Contribute to content optimization for search engines, AI search, answer engines and generative platforms
* Analyze website performance and contribute to CRO and UX initiatives
* Define and implement A/B testing and other conversion rate optimization initiatives
* Support website development through requirements gathering, ticket management, testing, troubleshooting and coordinating new functionalities, plugins and integrations
* Manage first-level troubleshooting activities Requisiti fondamentali
* 3-5 years of experience in web content management or digital content operations
* Hands-on experience with WordPress and Drupal
* Knowledge of on-page and technical SEO, CRO and UX principles
* Familiarity with GA4, Google Search Console and web analytics tools
* Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
* Experience managing tickets, testing, bugs and releases
* Excellent command of English
* Strong attention to detail, autonomy and stakeholder management skills
