* Monitor price-sensitive information disseminated by listed companies on Euronext Equity Italian Markets
* Prepare and publish Borsa Italiana Announcements with relevant provisions
* Populate the Borsa Italiana database for corporate events and dividend payments
* Check compliance with Euronext Growth Milan obligations
* Verify Specialist obligations
* Support interactions with listed issuers, advisors and supervisory authorities
* Assist in managing institutional proceedings such as suspension, delisting or enforcement actions Requisiti fondamentali
* Degree in Economics, Business or Law (or currently studying towards one)
* Basic knowledge of financial statement analysis, company and financial law, and financial markets and instruments
* Good knowledge of MS Office suite
* Good command of English (spoken and written)
* Strong ability to work in a team and excellent autonomy in performing assigned tasks
* Excellent precision, attention to detail and time management skills
* Good interpersonal and relationship skills
