Job Description
Under the supervision of the Senior Process Engineer, the main responsibilities will include:
* Conducting process optimisation tests and preparing the corresponding technical reports.
* Analysing defective components through sample preparation, machine log-file evaluation and direct process monitoring.
* Defining and preparing work instructions and machine operating instructions for production departments.
* Supporting the consolidation of the company’s technical know-how by preparing dedicated process documentation.
* Providing support during non-routine maintenance activities and collecting detailed technical information relating to machinery and manufacturing processes.
Job Description
Under the supervision of the Senior Process Engineer, the main responsibilities will include:
* Conducting process optimisation tests and preparing the corresponding technical reports.
* Analysing defective components through sample preparation, machine log-file evaluation and direct process monitoring.
* Defining and preparing work instructions and machine operating instructions for production departments.
* Supporting the consolidation of the company’s technical know-how by preparing dedicated process documentation.
* Providing support during non-routine maintenance activities and collecting detailed technical information relating to machinery and manufacturing processes. CANDIDATE PROFILE The Ideal Candidate Should Meet The Following Requirements
* Technical education, either a vocational qualification or an engineering degree, preferably in Mechanical, Chemical, Materials, Plant or Electrical Engineering.
* At least 2-3 years of experience in the metalworking sector, preferably within companies involved in material transformation processes such as heat treatment or cold/hot forming.
* A technical and scientific approach to work activities.
* Curiosity and an interest in understanding and resolving multidisciplinary technological problems.
* Knowledge of materials, brazing or welding processes, industrial systems, machinery or automation would be considered an advantage.
* Knowledge of English is preferred.
* Availability to travel within Italy and internationally. #J-18808-Ljbffr
