- Logistics Project Engineer (Greenfield Project)
- Mantova Job Details | Nestle Operational Services Worldwide SA Specialista Senior / Project Manager As a Logistics Project Engineer, you will lead the planning, installation, commissioning and start-up of a large-scale automated warehouse at a greenfield site. You will coordinate multidisciplinary engineering and logistics activities to deliver a high-performing facility that integrates mechanical, electrical, automation, and digital systems. This role offers exposure to cutting-edge technologies and global collaboration, with a focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement. You will drive capital project execution from start-up through handover, shaping Nestlé's logistics network.

* Deliver capital projects safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards
* Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering activities across civil, mechanical, electrical, automation, and logistics
* Ensure integration of automated warehouse systems and digital platforms (YMS, WMS, SAP, BMS)
* Oversee commissioning, validation and start-up through handover
* Manage contractors, suppliers, and system integrators to meet objectives
* Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and sustainability requirements
* Identify and mitigate project risks and technical issues
* Support governance, technical reviews, and investment decisions
* Foster collaboration in multicultural, cross-functional teams
* Ensure facility readiness for full operational performance
* 5+ years in engineering projects execution, automation, logistics, or industrial operations
* Proven experience delivering capital investment projects in manufacturing, logistics, or distribution
* Experience overseeing installation, commissioning and start-up of industrial facilities and highly automated systems
