We are looking for a dynamic, passionate and creative professional to lead and coordinate our fast
- growing marketing function across the Italian Market. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced and international environment and take your career to the next level The main responsibilities of the position include:
* Define and create country-specific marketing strategies.
* Manages and executes engaging country-specific social media content, ensuring alignment with the Company's brand guidelines and business objectives.
* Develop and implement demand generation and lead generation strategies and rollout plans across the Italian market.
* Coordinates with agencies, external partners, and vendors to support marketing initiatives, events, and campaigns.
* Provide support for marketing events and exhibitions as required.
* Launch marketing campaigns as well as evaluate success and deliverables based on KPIs.
* Assist the Marketing and the Business Development functions to carry out market research during new region penetration stage, in respect to each country’s ethics, culture, customs, etc.
* Coordinate the marketing team and handle relevant delegated projects.
* Collaborates with Marketing, Design, Business Development, and other internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and timely execution.
* Stay on top of current trends and best practices.
* Perform any other related tasks as assigned by the Country Business Development Manager. Main

requirements:
* Degree in a marketing, advertising, communications or a business-related field
* At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
* Native Italian speaker and excellent knowledge of English
* Knowledge of social media management tools (e.g., \"Sprinklr\") is considered an advantage
* Solid knowledge of marketing analytics and metrics features
* Strong project management skills will be considered an advantage
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
* Highly organised and ability to multitask
