h3bAbout The Opportunity /b /h3 pNetrix Global is looking for a bSr /b bProject Manager /b is responsible for managing the complete life cycle of all assigned projects within the Cloud Security Stack within the Netrix Global Professional Services organization. Senior Project Managers have 10+ years of experience in highly complex and demanding projects leveraging industry best practices and developing internal best practices utilizing their experience on other enterprise clients to develop the best tools for each client. /p pThe Sr Project Manager will interface directly with Client Resources and Sponsors, Internal Delivery Managers, Engineering Resources, and Account Executives. This role requires an individual that is highly motivated, excellent at communication, and has firsthand industry and technical knowledge. This position reports to the PMO Director and will work closely with various technical Delivery teams located globally. /p h3bHow You Will Make An Impact /b /h3 pAs a member of our growing team, many of the bSenior /b bProject Manager /b duties include, but are not limited to the following: /p pbCore Competencies / Experience in Managing One or More of the Following Pillars: /b /p ul liNetwork Infrastructure (LAN, WAN, WLAN, Security) /li liModern Workplace (Microsoft, M365, End User Computing) /li liHybrid Datacenter (Azure, Windows, Citrix, VMware, traditional datacenters) /li liEnd User Computing (Intune, MDM, AutoPilot, etc) /li liModern Application/Data Intelligence experience a plus /li /ul pbProject /Practice Management: /b /p ul liDemonstrate up-to-date expertise in Project Management methodologies and apply this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans. /li liCommunicate directly with executive management team to share program/project status, and to elevate risks and issues as needed to endure visibility, ownership, and timely resolution. /li liCreates and executes Project Plans, Change Orders, Agendas, and Status Reports and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. /li liIdentifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities. /li liManages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope. /li liReviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client. /li liEffectively applies our methodology and enforces project standards. /li liPrepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures. /li liMinimizes our exposure and risk on project. /li liManages multiple projects at once with one week to one month life-cycles. /li liTracks risks, hardware and personnel. /li liCollaborates with engineers to extract technical information. /li liEnsures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately. /li /ul pbCommunication: /b /p ul liFacilitates team and client meetings effectively. /li liHolds regular status meetings with project team. /li liKeeps project team well informed of changes within the organization and general corporate news. /li liEffectively communicates relevant project information to superiors. /li liDelivers engaging, informative, well-organized presentations. /li liResolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion. /li liUnderstands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully. /li /ul pbFunctional Skills Required: /b /p ul liMicrosoft Word, Excel, Visio, Project, Teams /li liTyping, grammar, spelling and punctuation /li liCritical thinking and problem solving skills /li liPlanning and organizing /li liDecision-making /li liCommunication skills /li liInfluencing and leading /li liDelegation /li liTeam work /li liNegotiation /li liConflict management /li liAdaptability /li liStress tolerance /li liExperience with Salesforce, Kimble, or Experience with a Professional Services Automation tool a plus /li /ul h3bWhat You Will Bring To The Table /b /h3 ul liMinimum 4 years’ experience managing projects with PMP or 10 years without certification. /li liMust understand both Waterfall and Agile Project Methodologies /li liPMP Is not Required but a big plus /li liMust be able to work across multiple project workstreams, resource scheduling, and status reporting. /li liWorking with Project Service Automation (PSA) tools like Kimble/Kantata a big plus /li /ul pbProject Management
