Overview As HR Controller you align people-related costs with finance, enabling strategic decision-making. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization for HR operations, collaborating with HR and Finance to ensure data accuracy. Your analytical rigor and cross-functional partnership will support senior leadership in managing workforce costs. * Perform people cost analysis and provide insights on FTE/HC evolution for leadership decisions
* Ensure timely and accurate monthly closings of People Cost packages with data validation
* Lead and support HR cost budgeting and forecasting aligned with business objectives
* Identify and implement HR cost-saving initiatives and monitor spending against targets
* Conduct ad hoc analyses and develop business cases for HR initiatives
* Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Finance Controllers, and stakeholders to ensure transparency Requisiti fondamentali
* Minimum 3–4 years in Controlling, FP&A, or similar roles, preferably international
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (Master’s preferred)
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and presentation abilities
* Proficiency in SAP, Workday, Excel, Power BI
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Attention to detail and solid business acumen
