* Execute Integration & Test activities for medium-sized telescopes, both in-house and on-site
* Perform optical alignment and calibration with optics and system engineers
* Prepare AIT documentation including test procedures, workflows, and reports
* Handle critical assemblies and Ground Support Equipment (GSE)
* Participate in night observation campaigns and system verification tests
* Support technical reviews and contribute to design improvements from test results
* Coordinate with logistics and operations for global site installations Requisiti fondamentali
* Degree (Bachelor or Master) in Engineering, Aerospace, Physics or related fields
* At least 2 years of professional experience in AIT or system integration
* Practical experience with mechanical and optical handling and alignment
* Basic proficiency with 3D CAD software (SolidWorks, Creo, CATIA)
* Skilled in MS Office and standard reporting tools
* Strong teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills
* Proven ability to troubleshoot integration issues and propose effective solutions
* Highly organized with ability to manage multiple tasks and schedules
* Fluent in English; additional languages a plus
* Willingness to travel extensively and stay on-site for international missions
