* Own the global O2C process design and continuous improvement across order management, billing, collections, cash application, and dispute management.
* Lead the SAP S/4HANA O2C transformation journey, ensuring global process consistency from design through deployment across waves.
* Balance global standards with local/regional requirements, approving variants only with clear regulatory or business justification.
* Establish a future operating model and performance framework with governance, KPIs, and staffing/partnering models.
* Drive simplification, automation, and ongoing optimization to improve efficiency, customer experience, compliance, and working capital. Requisiti fondamentali
* 7+ years of experience in Order-to-Cash, order management, or finance process roles in manufacturing, multi-entity environments.
* Proven experience leading O2C process design and standardization in large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformations across multiple geographies.
* Strong SAP expertise, especially in SAP SD and FI-AR, and knowledge of O2C master data (Business Partner, pricing, credit management).
* Experience designing global processes for shared-services or outsourced delivery models, including governance and control frameworks.
* Strong stakeholder management and ability to align business, finance, and technology teams in complex transformations.
