* Welcome guests, accompany them to their tables, and provide knowledgeable information about dishes and beverages
* Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Orderman and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar
* Work closely with the Commis de Rang, coordinating tasks through clear communication and supporting a smooth service
* Lead by example and contribute to a positive and supportive team atmosphere
* Support the training and development of team members by sharing knowledge and experience
* Organise the daily mise en place together with the Commis de Rang
* Maintain a welcoming and well-organised dining environment throughout the service
* Handle guest and service-related issues calmly and in a solution-oriented way
* Complete the cash register closing and ensure accurate payment handling at the end of the evening
* Contribute ideas to continuously improve our service and guest experience Requirements
* Several years of experience in fine dining restaurant service or a similar hospitality role
* Fluent in Italian and English; German is an advantage
* Open-minded, eager to learn, and committed to personal and professional development
* Strong problem-solving mindset and a solution-oriented approach
* Excellent guest orientation and strong communication skills Team player with leadership qualities and the ability to inspire and support a young, dynamic team Great food without great service should never leave the kitchen.
