Senior mobile engineer

What You'll Do
* Design, develop and maintain high-quality mobile applications using Flutter and Dart
* Drive technical decisions and contribute to the evolution of our mobile architecture
* Own the full mobile development lifecycle, from implementation to release and monitoring
* Continuously improve application performance, reliability and user experience
* Promote best practices around code quality, testing, security and maintainability
* Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and improve our mobile delivery process
* Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Backend and Platform teams in an Agile environment
* Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical hiring and knowledge sharing
* Explore and leverage AI-powered development tools to improve engineering productivity What We’re Looking For
* Strong experience developing production-grade mobile applications with Flutter and Dart
* Solid understanding of state management approaches (Bloc, Riverpod, Provider or similar)
* Experience integrating REST APIs and working with JSON-based services
* Strong knowledge of software engineering principles, clean architecture and design patterns
* Experience with automated testing (unit, widget and integration tests)
* Familiarity with Git, collaborative development workflows and CI/CD pipelines
* Passion for building high-quality products and continuously improving engineering practices
* Strong problem-solving skills and ownership mindset
* Experience using AI tools to enhance software development workflows
* Full professional proficiency in both Italian and English
* Valid work permit to work in Italy Nice to Have
* Experience with native iOS (Swift) and/or Android (Kotlin)
* Experience in FinTech, Banking or other regulated industries
* Familiarity with Firebase
* Knowledge of mobile security best practices
