* Lead, mentor, and grow the team from one senior engineer with regular 1:1s and clear development paths
* Set priorities, remove blockers, and act as the technical and organizational reference for the team
* Drive technical and architectural decisions with product and security stakeholders
* Own end-to-end delivery: planning, prioritization, quality, deadlines, and risk management
* Stay hands-on with AI-assisted and agentic development to design, prototype, test, and ship features
* Build software products that protect customers from attacks and fraud at scale Requisiti fondamentali
* Fluency with modern AI development tools and agentic workflows
* Proven experience as a full-stack engineer delivering complex products end-to-end
* Experience leading or mentoring engineers and a genuine interest in people growth
* Strong ownership of Agile ways of working and tooling (Scrum, Kanban, Jira)
* Solid command of version control (git) and PR/git-flow practices
* Experience designing RESTful APIs and microservices
* Experience with containers and CI/CD tools
* Solid grasp of testing methodologies and automation libraries
