Overview In this role you bridge software development and IT operations to enable seamless delivery of Deel’s applications. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve deployment processes, automate tasks, and ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing systems. Your work reduces downtime and accelerates feature releases, directly impacting our ability to serve global customers. * Work with the latest AWS technologies like Kubernetes (EKS), S3, Postgres, DocumentDB, and more
* Manage our AWS production deployments (SaaS) running on AWS EKS
* Design and develop tools for managing and applying DevOps principles, such as CI/CD automation and IaC on our cloud-based production systems
* Enhance production stability, availability, and reliability
* Install, configure, update and troubleshoot product microservices and databases
* Design and manage monitoring and observability tools for troubleshooting production issues Requisiti fondamentali
* 5+ years of DevOps experience in production environments
* Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes
* Experience with CI/CD tools (Drone, Jenkins, GitHub Actions or similar)
* Strong IT background
* Deep understanding of networking (K8S ingress, services, load balancers)
* AWS services including EKS, Postgres, S3, Mongo, SES, SNS, SQS
* Experience in automated deployment and infrastructure
* Knowledge of alerting and monitoring tools
* Additional programming languages like NodeJS is an advantage
* Results-driven with strong commitment to completing tasks
* Docker
* Kubernetes
* CI/CD (Drone, Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
* AWS (EKS, S3, Postgres, Mongo, SES, SNS, SQS)
* Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
