* Drive guest-focused service and upselling to maximize revenue per guest
* Ensure brand promise and service standards are consistently delivered
* Handle guest and internal complaints promptly and satisfactorily
* Maintain positive relationships with guests and colleagues across departments
* Spend peak-period time in the Outlet to supervise operations and ensure peak performance
* Collaborate with management to forecast, budget, and optimize labor and purchasing
* Foster clear, timely communication with team and other departments
* Promote professional working relationships and a culture of service excellence Requisiti fondamentali
* At least 2 years of progressive hotel or related field experience
* Associate degree and 3+ years related experience
* Strong F&B service background
* Clear verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to stay composed under pressure and handle problems proactively
* Knowledge of hotel department functions and interdepartmental coordination
* Italian and English language proficiency
* Experience with forecasting, budgeting, labor management, and purchasing
