Overview Join Qonto as a Software Engineer in the Engineering Efficiency team to reduce time-to-market by removing friction and building reliable internal tools. You'll work closely with the Engineering Efficiency Lead to empower backend and web engineers across the fintech platform. Expect a remote-friendly setup, AI-native tooling, and a fast feedback loop that measures impact. You will own end-to-end delivery, shaping scope and prioritizing value for engineers. Responsabilità
