Reporting to the Engineering Manager and under general supervision, as our Project Engineer you will work in an international team and you will autonomously manage the execution of projects within Electrical Distribution Segment to ensure that the certification projects are delivered on time and with the best quality and experience for our clients. /p /brh3Responsibilities /h3 /brul /brliManages certification projects for devices in Wiring Devices segment (e.g., connectors, terminal blocks, cable trays, cable glands, industry plugs and sockets, etc.) /li /brliDetermines project specifications such as: scope, cost, time, sample requirements, technical documentation etc., by analyzing client input, available data and product construction. /li /brliPreparing datasheets and instructions, scheduling and reviewing work of Laboratory Technicians and establishing completion dates. /li /brliCommunicates with clients to discuss technical issues, completion date etc., and explains UL procedures and requirements. Projects may include travel to conduct or witness tests at client sites. /li /brliProvides technical assistance to clients in reference to product evaluations, inspection, plans review and follow-up services. /li /brliEstablishes appropriate test programs by reviewing files and manufacturer's information, examining samples, and applying UL requirements. /li /brliDevelops test requirements for products beyond the scope of existing standards, or those involving unique features requiring frequent use of independent judgment. /li /brliDetermines areas in which the product may not be in compliance with the applicable Standard based requirements. /li /brliPlans, conducts and supervises code and regulatory related projects of major magnitude and scope. /li /br /ul /brh3Qualifications /h3 /brul /brliUniversity Degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Industrial Technology, Manufacturing Technology, or Physics from an accredited program plus four years directly related work experience. /li /brliDetailed knowledge of the technical vocabulary common to the appropriate discipline. /li /brliWorking knowledge of conformity standards in use in area of expertise. /li /brliDemonstrated ability to apply project-handling concepts in use in area of expertise. /li /br /ul /brh3What

- 50.800 gross, determined by numerous factors, including knowledge, skills, and experience (Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA): Commerce Sector
