* Lead Productivity project pipeline for Europe and prioritize high-impact initiatives
* Develop regional Productivity champions to improve ownership and replication of initiatives
* Oversee and drive Operational Excellence training (Lean Six Sigma and Digital) in the region
* Coordinate productivity projects to achieve company and business objectives with cost improvements
* Lead high-impact major change projects and ensure regional team collaboration
* Facilitate Kaizen events and workshops to support plant teams
* Role model safety commitment in line with Linde standards
* Collaborate with Operations Director and Plant Managers to align regional goals Requisiti fondamentali
* Operational/Manufacturing experience with strong technical foundation in Engineering or Materials Science
* Experience in Productivity management; preferably in regulated industries (e.g., aviation manufacturing)
* Demonstrated experience in leading Productivity improvement projects, Lean/Six Sigma beneficial
* Strong analytical

* Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional work
* Track record of operational success and progression into broader responsibilities
* Proficiency in spoken and written English
