Key Responsibilities
* Source, screen, and engage candidates through various channels
* Collaborate with clients to understand hiring needs and role requirements
* Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing to offer stage
* Maintain consistent communication with candidates and clients
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for ongoing needs This is a fully remote and flexible opportunity, allowing you to manage your workload independently. Requirements
* Previous experience in recruitment or candidate sourcing
* Familiarity with recruitment tools and online platforms
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles
* Proactive, organized, and results-oriented approach
* Fluency in English
