* Documentation: Accurately log profile details, customer inquiries, action steps, and resolution notes inside enterprise CRM databases with absolute precision.
* Target Management: Consistently hit key operational targets, including Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), First Contact Resolution (FCR), and Average Handle Time (AHT) metrics.
