* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess specifications
* Prepare feasibility studies with Industrial Design and R&D
* Identify risks impacting development timelines
* Create and maintain component and sub-assembly specifications
* Execute CAD design for parts and layouts (3D/2D)
* Support R&D in prototype testing
* Lead DFMEA documentation and technical BOM preparation
* Collaborate with local R&D and Purchasing on costs/investments
* Work with moulding departments to analyze processes
* Support Engineering Build and Pre-production phases
* Organize and participate in technical design reviews
* Prepare technical documentation for project status and next steps in reviews and NPD meetings Requisiti fondamentali
* BEng / BSc qualification
* Experience in designing mechanical components and systems
* Proficiency with Siemens NX (3D/2D)
* Knowledge of mass production product development
* Familiarity with laboratory equipment and evaluating test results
* Creative and innovative
* Excellent problem solver
* Flexible and adaptable with good time management
