* Act as the primary technical contact for customers on all project-related matters.
* Lead engineering activities across multiple disciplines to ensure timely, compliant delivery.
* Oversee system design, specifications, and technical documentation.
* Coordinate with global engineering teams to ensure seamless project execution.
* Support testing, installation, and commissioning activities.
* Ensure adherence to safety, compliance, and quality standards.
* Contribute to developing new technical solutions and innovations within HVDC projects. Who You Are
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience in project or lead engineering within HVDC, power systems, or high‑voltage transmission.
* Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary engineering projects.
* Excellent communication skills and customer‑facing experience.
* Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken).
* Strong problem‑solving and leadership skills with a proactive approach. What You’ll Get
