* Lead cybersecurity roadmaps and strategic initiatives aligned with client goals and digital transformation
* Drive end-to-end security solutions from conceptual design to implementation
* Manage complex cybersecurity projects with strict timelines and budgets
* Provide expert security advisory during IT transformation programs and support certifications such as ISO27001
* Develop innovative cybersecurity solutions using AI, blockchain, and cloud computing
* Mentor and develop team members; oversee recruitment and culture of excellence
* Select and manage security vendors and solution providers to enhance client offerings Requisiti fondamentali
* 6 to 10 years of relevant experience in IT security consulting or similar roles
* Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO/IEC 27000, SABSA)
* Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or ISO27001 preferred
* Excellent leadership and stakeholder management across interdisciplinary teams
* Excellent communication skills in Italian and English
* Willingness to travel extensively; comfortable in global contexts
