h3What We ’re Looking For /h3 pJoin a team of experts dedicated to delivering innovative solutions and driving digital transformation for our clients. /p p01 /p h3How you’ll make a difference /h3 ul liSupport clients during pre-sales and project phases, helping gather requirements and contribute to solution definition. /li liDesign end-to-end ERP solutions across supply chain, purchasing, finance controlling, and other key business areas, ensuring alignment with client needs and best practices. /li liAct as a reference point for clients on functional topics, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle. /li liOversee and contribute to testing and validation activities, ensuring solutions meet business requirements and quality standards. /li liDeliver training sessions to enable clients to effectively use the implemented solutions. /li liProvide ongoing technical support and act as a reference point for functional and process-related questions. /li liCollaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery and continuous improvement. /li liStay up to date on ERP trends and contribute to evolving Arsenalia’s offering with innovative, client-centric solutions. /li /ul pThe gross annual salary for this position ranges from €48.000 to €60.000. It may be adjusted based on the candidate’s skills and experience beyond the required level. The role is covered by the CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria (CNEL code C011). /p p02 /p h3What we’re looking for /h3 ul liAt least 7+ years of hands‑on experience with one or more SAP modules: MM, PP, SD, FI, CO. /li liParticipation in at least 3 full-cycle implementations, from solution design to go‑live. /li liExperience with S/4HANA /li liGood understanding of cross‑module SAP integrations. /li liAbility to translate business needs into functional ERP solutions with a strong focus on process optimization. /li liStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non‑technical audiences. /li liPassion for continuous learning and staying up to date with ERP trends, tools, and best practices. /li liTeam player attitude, with a collaborative approach and willingness to share knowledge across teams. /li liEnglish proficiency at B2 level or higher. /li /ul p03 /p h3What we would consider a plus /h3 ul liAbility to work across multiple industries and adapt solutions to different business models. /li liKnowledge of reporting tools and data analytics within ERP environments. /li liCertifications in SAP or related technologies. /li liExperience with ABAP. /li liOpen to short, medium, and long‑term travel to client sites. /li liStrong analytical thinking and solid organizational skills. /li liPositive attitude, good communication skills, and flexibility in dynamic environments. /li /ul h3What
