* Support the General Management with organisational, operational and administrative tasks
* Act as a key liaison between General Management, department heads, guests and external partners
* Contribute to strategic and conceptual projects as well as the implementation of quality standards
* Prepare reports, statistics, meeting minutes and presentations
* Support the planning and coordination of meetings, training sessions and internal events
* Monitor and manage guest feedback, online reputation and quality management tools
* Take responsibility for selected tasks in controlling and purchasing, depending on experience
* Be actively involved in daily operations and coordinate cross-departmental tasks and projects
Your Profile
* Professional experience in a comparable position within upscale or luxury hospitality
* Excellent organisational skills, a structured working style and a hands-on mentality
* Friendly and professional manner with excellent communication skills
* High level of discretion, loyalty and responsibility
* Confident use of common office software and hotel management systems
* Team player with initiative, strong problem-solving skills and an exceptional service mindset
* Very good command of English, German and Italian
