Responsabilità
* Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental policies
* Plan projects per contractual scope and HSE requirements
* Monitor progress, resource use and scheduling
* Oversee project financials, invoicing, costs and cash flow
* Identify and manage risks; pursue opportunities
* Capture and share lessons learned
* Close out projects per contract; formal acceptance with customer
* Apply contract and claims management per policies
* Coordinate with Supply Chain to procure services/materials/equipment
* Serve as key customer contact and escalation point for issues
* Define project plans with Project Controls (scope, finances, schedule, risk) Requisiti fondamentali
* Engineering degree (Electrical, Mechanical or Management)
* 2-3 years of project management experience
* Excellent English and Italian
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills
* PMI/PMP certification is a plus (not mandatory)
