* Design mechanical and electrical behavior of MEMS structures based on customer requirements
* Perform model-based simulations to optimize MEMS designs, with emphasis on gyroscopes
* Develop new algorithms for design optimization and enhance simulation methods
* Collaborate in a cross-functional engineering team and analyze cause-and-effect within designs
* Coordinate design and simulation tasks with project management and technology development Requisiti fondamentali
* Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering (or PhD)
* Fluent English (minimum B2); German is a plus
* Proficient coder; experience with MATLAB/Python and Finite Element tools; Simulink preferred
* Autonomous, self-organized work style in complex development environments
* Experience in MEMS design and model development for inertial MEMS sensors (FEM, Matlab) with 3–5 years
* Experience designing and conducting lab experiments; cross-functional teamwork
