* Design Data Architecture and Data Mesh delivery to enable scalable, governed data ownership
* Ensure high-quality data collection and manage large-scale batch processing for dashboards and models
* Define and implement AI-powered agentic workflows for data transformation and exploration
* Direct cross-functional initiatives, translating technical insights into actionable data model improvements
* Build feature store capabilities with efficient, high-volume data processing
* Simplify complex data models into clear, query-friendly structures via SQL Requisiti fondamentali
* 5+ years in data engineering or analytics engineering
* Strong SQL and Python proficiency
* Experience with Big Data, distributed processing, and ETL pipelines
* Hands-on experience with dbt, Airflow, Spark or equivalent technologies
* Excellent communication skills and English proficiency
* Nice to have: experience with Feature Stores, Graph Databases, ML Engineering
