* Lead delivery of IT strategy projects and advise clients on technology-enabled outcomes
* Collaborate with senior stakeholders to shape digital transformation programs
* Support enterprise-wide initiatives such as Cloud Strategy, Analytics, and cost optimization
* Develop and present strategic solutions and roadmaps for client engagements
* Mentor and motivate project teams to deliver high-impact results
* Adapt Gartner methodologies to address clients’ most pressing business challenges Requisiti fondamentali
* Experience in a reputed management consultancy in a project delivery role
* Technical background in Application Development or Digital Transformation
* Knowledge in at least one core domain (e.g., Application Architecture, Cloud, Cost Optimisation, Data/GenAI)
* Experience with one or more IT solutions
* Strong teamwork and client-focused mindset
* Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to lead cross-functional teams
* MBA or other advanced degree preferred
* Fluent in Italian
* Hands-on and multi-tasking capable
