* Prepare annual budgets with Department Heads and senior leadership and monitor performance against them
* Produce accurate monthly forecasts and financial projections
* Identify financial risks and propose mitigations to meet targets
* Oversee accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, collections, and payments in line with policies
* Manage month-end processes (D+2) and P&L (D+4) in collaboration with external accounting firms
* Supervise daily banking and cash flow management; handle petty cash
* Maintain internal controls and ensure regulatory compliance; coordinate with auditors
* Provide financial analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning
* Collaborate with commercial and revenue teams to optimize revenue strategy
* Lead, coach, and develop the Finance team; promote accountability and continuous improvement
* Ensure tax filings and deadlines are met
* Support cross-departmental collaboration and participation in hotel leadership decisions Requisiti fondamentali
* Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
* Experience in financial operations and controls (AP/AR, cash flow, month-end close)
* Knowledge of USALI reporting standard and financial reporting systems
* Strong ability to analyze costs, manage payroll, and support budgeting across departments
* Experience coordinating with external accounting firms, auditors, and partners
* Leadership experience with team development and cross-functional collaboration
