* Collaboration and execution of tasks assigned by the head chef
* Production of cakes for the afternoon offer of the hotel bar, e.g. strudel, Linzer, Sachertorte
* Preparation of desserts for the bistro menu at lunchtime
* Preparation of desserts for the traditional tasting menu, the menu of the day and the vegan menu
* Preparation of traditional desserts for the dessert buffet once a week as well as modern cakes and individual portions
* Maintaining storage and cold storage rooms in compliance with correct storage, hygiene and best-before dates
* Tidiness and above all cleanliness in the workplace
