Tasks Your Role & Responsibilities In this senior position, you will play a pivotal role in driving flavour innovation across both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage platforms, working as part of an established team, while collaborating with group entities across Europe. Flavour Creation & Reformulation: Formulate innovative, high-performance flavours and taste solutions for alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage applications Extract & Botanical Integration: Leverage deep expertise in natural extracts and raw materials to maximize taste performance, profile complexity, and stability.
Experience:
Minimum 10 years of hands-on working experience as a Flavourist in the flavour, beverage, or ingredient industry. Technical Expertise: Proven track record in natural extract technology and application development for both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Requirements
Education:
Languages: English: Business fluent (Mandatory)Italian: Professional working proficiency (Highly desirable / Ideal) Mindset: Highly collaborative, innovative problem-solver with exceptional sensory skills and project management capabilities in an international group setting.
Experience:
