pWe are looking for a highly organized and quality-driven Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, while maintaining the highest quality standards and continuous improvement mindset. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliPlan, manage, and oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring alignment with business objectives. /liliMonitor project progress and proactively manage risks, issues, and changes. /liliEnsure compliance with internal quality standards, procedures, and best practices. /liliImplement and maintain quality assurance and quality control processes throughout the project lifecycle. /liliCoordinate cross-functional teams and facilitate effective communication among stakeholders. /liliConduct regular project reviews, audits, and lessons learned to drive continuous improvement. /liliEnsure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality outcomes that meet or exceed expectations. /li /ulh3Required Skills Qualifications /h3ulli1-4 years experience as a Project Manager or similar role. /liliStrong knowledge of project management methodologies /liliSolid understanding of quality management principles and standards (e.g. ISO, continuous improvement, risk management). /liliExcellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills. /liliStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality. /liliExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills. /liliAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. /liliProficiency in project management tools. /li /ulh3Preferred Qualifications /h3ulliManagement Engineering degree or similar /liliExperience in regulated or quality-critical environments (manufacturing, pharma, automotive, medical devices, etc.). /liliProject Management certification (plus) /liliQuality-related certification (plus) /liliEnglish certification (plus)
