* Lead MSP onboarding, including architecture validation and operational model design
* Review and optimize Splunk architectures for performance across on-prem and cloud
* Develop observability-focused MSP offerings combining ITSI with Splunk Observability or AppDynamics
* Advise on cost-optimized architectures to support packaging and automation of MSP services
* Oversee architectural assessments with Splunk Professional Services for continuous improvement
* Build regional technical community through roundtables and knowledge sessions
* Deliver targeted enablement to close MSP capability gaps and raise engineering maturity
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with Splunk and Cisco architectures, frameworks, and go-to-market motions Requisiti fondamentali
* 5+ years working with MSPs in technical roles (pre-sales, solution architecture, enablement, or delivery)
* Experience deploying/configuring Splunk Cloud and Splunk Enterprise
* Experience implementing Splunk ITSI and Splunk Observability or AppDynamics
* Experience MSP operations including onboarding and architecture validation
* excellent presentation skills
* ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
