* Design MEMS structures to meet mechanical and electrical behavior based on customer requirements
* Conduct simulations to optimize MEMS structures, focusing on accelerometers
* Develop new design-optimization algorithms and enhance simulation methods
* Work as part of a cross-functional engineering team and manage internal work packages
* Coordinate design and simulation tasks with project management and technology development Requisiti fondamentali
* Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering (or PhD)
* Fluent English (B2 minimum); German a plus
* Proficient coder with MATLAB/Python and finite element tools
* Simulink skills and AI methods preferred
* 3–5 years’ experience in MEMS design and model development (inertial MEMS sensors)
* Experience conducting lab experiments; cross-functional team experience
* autonomous and self-organized work style
