* Support editorial processes for manuscript assessment and peer-review
* Commission, edit and write content for journals
* Collaborate with Chief Editors and journal teams; report to Head of the Research Cross-Journal Team on content and strategy Requisiti fondamentali
* Research experience to PhD level (or equivalent) in Earth and/or climate science
* Expertise related to biogeochemistry, land surface interactions and feedbacks, agriculture, and forestry
* Ability to absorb and understand new areas of research
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Time management and work prioritization
* Postdoctoral experience not required but a plus
* Previous editorial experience is desirable but not essential
* Additional expertise in related disciplines advantageous
