* Data ingestion, transformation, exploration, and cleaning
* Structure data science solutions to meet business objectives
* Build and prototype ML models and support deployment

* Develop and enhance dashboards and BI tools for risk analysis and portfolio management
* Implement Radar Base Projects for Impact Analysis/Scenario Testing
* Implement tariffs, discounts, UW rules, and renewal processes in Radar Live per technical specs
* R&D to identify new technical solutions Requisiti fondamentali
* PhD or Master's degree in a quantitative field
* At least 5 years in a similar role
* Programming in Python, SAS or R
* Experience with Pandas or SQL xrdztoy
* Familiarity with gradient boosting machines and linear models
* Ability to work independently and engage with stakeholders
* Fluent in Italian and English
* Knowledge of Tower Watson Suite: Emblem, Radar
* Independent working style
