Overview In this Test Engineer role within Infineon’s Research & Development, you will design and optimize test solutions for semiconductor products using the Advantest V93K platform, collaborating with cross-functional engineers. You’ll contribute to test board development, test concepts, and release-sensitive packages for production, while supporting optimization to reduce test costs. The role offers hands-on ramp-up with a young, supportive team and dedicated training, aligned with Infineon’s mission to drive decarbonization and digitalization. * Develop test programs using Advantest V93K tester platform
* Develop test boards for engineering and production environments
* Co-create test concepts with the Concept engineer
* Contribute to development projects with main project roles
* Provide production support for released test packages
* Perform test time evaluations to improve the cost of test Requisiti fondamentali
* Proactive team player with initiative and collaboration
* Bachelor or Master in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Physics, Telecommunications or equivalent
* At least 2+ years in test engineering, preferably mixed-signal on V93K
* Good knowledge of Automatic Test Equipment (preferably V93K) and electronics basics
* Proficient in programming (C++ required; Java/Python a plus) and AI tools
* Knowledge of statistical analysis and lab measurements
* Fluency in English
