* Define and deliver design across multiple growth initiatives aligned with activation, engagement, retention, and monetization metrics
* Collaborate with product, engineering, data, and marketing to test and iterate growth hypotheses
* Partner with design system stakeholders to drive growth-focused design system strategy and motion usage
* Rapidly design, prototype, and test features using A/B testing and data insights
* Mentor Product Designers and elevate design practices and standards
* Identify bottlenecks with product and engineering to streamline user journeys
* Convert complexity into clear, strategic design solutions
* Foster alignment across teams through effective communication and narrative Requisiti fondamentali
* 5–7 years as a Product Designer with at least 2 years in a Staff role
* Strong UI/UX and visual design skills with advanced prototyping (e.g., progressive disclosure)
* Growth mindset with experience in product metrics, analytics, and A/B testing; familiarity with Amplitude, Mixpanel or similar tools
* Portfolio showing experimentation outcomes on onboarding, virality, pricing, or subscriptions
* Curiosity about AI and experience designing AI-powered experiences or using AI tools in design workflow
* Data-informed design grounded in qualitative and quantitative insights
* Comfort with ambiguity and ability to work at speed while maintaining quality
* Strong communication and facilitation skills; mentoring experience; cross-functional collaboration
* Embedded in end-to-end team workflows from ideation to design QA
